Advancement within the S.E.X. Department is of two types:

1) promotion
2) assignment to a higher R'N'R grade

PROMOTION refers to an advance from one Civil Service class to another, such as from SD Officer to Sergeant. Promotion is always from an eligible list established by the Personnel Department as the result of a Civil Service examination.

ASSIGNMENT TO A HIGHER R'N'R GRADE is assignment to a position carrying greater responsibility or expertise, without a change in Civil Service class. Examples would be reassignments from a SD Officer II to a SD Officer III position.

SD OFFICER 1 to SD OFFICER 2 and 3:
Reassignment from SD Officer I to SD Officer II is automatic upon successful completion of 6 months of service (probation period), to SD Officer III after next 6 months.

SD OFFICER to SD SERGEANT:
SD Officers are eligible to compete in the SD Sergeant examinations after 2 years of service.

SD SERGEANT to SD LIEUTENANT:
SD Sergeants are eligible to compete in the SD Lieutenant examinations after 4 years of service.

Faster assignments to higher R'N'R grades are the result of SD Department internal selection procedures:

- extensive R'N'R experience
- big help during SD rock'n'roll missions
- fraternal help and fidelity to other SD soldiers
- Hero status

The Sex Departments code of honour guides you wherever you may be asked to serve, in Europe, in USA or anywhere else that you might be needed by Rock’n’roll.

The selection process is started by completing on-line your registration ( sign up process ). It's not automatic process and not every soldier will be recruitment - we aren't fuckin MySpace or Facebook - we are serious R'N'R army.

- report all your R'N'R activity
- to add your rule to your SD identity
- to upload your military or rock'n'roll ID photo to your personal form

officer 1
responsible for himself and his actions during SD rock'n'roll missions in totally obedience and respect of his superiors.

officer 2
responsible for all officers 1 in his own city and allotted territory during SD rock'n'roll missions and daily R'N'R life in totally obedience and respect of his superiors.

officer 3
responsible for all officers 1 and 2 in his own city and allotted territory during SD rock'n'roll missions and daily R'N'R life in totally obedience and respect of his superiors. Responsible to create and conduct SD troop in allotted territory ( groups ).

sergeant
responsible for all officers 1 , 2 and 3 in his state during SD rock'n'roll missions and daily R'N'R life in totally obedience and respect of his superiors. Responsible to create and conduct SD troop in allotted state ( groups ). Responsible for punishments and promotions in his troop.

lieutenant
responsible for all officers and sergeants in his state during SD rock'n'roll missions and daily R'N'R life in totally obedience and respect of his superiors. Responsible to create and conduct SD troop in his state ( groups ). Responsible for punishments and promotions of all sergeants in his troop.
